After burning out in starting a new church, I learned the hard way how trying to scale with weak systems was unsustainable. Later, as a nonprofit executive, I used my personal experience, extensive training, and analytical skills to help scale the business from 30 employees to over 70 – all without one new hire for my own team! That experience cemented my passion – I love helping leaders like you figure out what’s broken (or what’s about to break!) and to figure out what platforms and systems can help you scale.
