Congratulations on graduating the Leadership Accelerator Program! You’ve built an important foundation for growth towards the Double Win — fruitfulness in ministry and also in life. As a Leadership Accelerator graduate, we’ve put together a set of options below for you to consider in 2025.

10x10 Plan
This option includes 10 group coaching calls with other members of your Cohort and 10 individual coaching calls throughout the year. This rhythm of 20 total sessions per year allows you to meet roughly twice-per-month, with two months available for Christmas, Pashca, or personal time off.

10x20 Plan
This option includes 10 group coaching calls with other members of your Cohort and 20 individual coaching calls throughout the year. This rhythm of 30 total sessions per year allows you to meet roughly twice-per-month individually and once-per-month with the cohort, with two months available for Christmas, Pashca, or personal time off.
Individual Coaching Options
For those who desire a more personal focus, without the group cohort, we offer a 20-session package of individual sessions. This also follows the twice-per-month with two months off pattern.
Scaling Leader LIVE Intensive Option
Through our affiliate partnership with the Scaling Leader, we are able to provide four live intensives per year. Similar to the Business Accelerator program, but with completely new content, this is a great place to interact with non-profit and business leaders. While the content has not been specialized for parish leadership, you’ll find the translation to be easy.
- Three of the intensives will meet for two full days in Franklin, Tennessee. The fourth intensive is at a “destination location” for three days.

As your coach, I am there exclusively for you and other Edens View Coaching clients in attendance. As a priest, you’ll also be able to spend an extra half-day in a Mastermind format at no additional charge other than housing and meals. This is an “add on” benefit only available to Edens View coaching clients.
Note that, like Business Accelerator, housing and meals (except lunches) are not included in this price.
