Leadership Accelerator for Clergy
The Orthodox Church in America stands at a unique moment, blessed with unprecedented numbers of inquirers and catechumens seeking the fullness of Orthodox faith. Yet many devoted priests struggle with the increasing demands of ministry, often at the cost of their own spiritual health and family life. The Leadership Accelerator program emerged from within the Orthodox tradition to address this sacred responsibility.
This two-year Cohort program was formed in 2023 to serve Orthodox clergy from the Greek Orthodox Archdiocese of America and was approved by the Holy Eparchial Synod in 2025. We welcome clergy from all Orthodox jurisdictions.

Essentials of Leadership Coaching
Coaching is a valuable skill for Orthodox clergy and laity alike. It complements, not replaces, the core skills of pastoring and spiritual direction for priests. It provides another tool for laity to use in their businesses, organizations and families.
This 15-week course starts in August 2026. For more information, visit the class website here.
